Kirin did the Super Jeep conversion. It’s been OOP for a while now, but pops up on eBay and buy/trade forums occasionally.
That will be the most accurate kit for the project.
Getting parts from other kits to kitmash might be another option if you want to go in that direction.

Then look for die casts in 1/32 - 1/35 for better tire detail.
