I recently bought the AFV Club Tiger I (Late) vinyl tracks. My problem is that Zap is not holding the end together. How should these tracks be joined?

Interesting, the I-Sheets describe using “Instant Glue” so Zap should’ve worked for this.
Try washing tracks in Denatured Alcohol first and try again. Oh, wait, did you already paint them? Then make sure no paint is on the contact points. If so, carefully sand those points clean.
Still not working?.. Switch the brand glue. I use Krazy Glue.
