Hello from Thornhill

Hi everyone. My name is Brian from Thornhill, just north of Toronto. I’ve been following/perusing FSM for a number of years, and decided to join finally. The last decade, I’ve been building Warhammer 40k/AoS/Aeronauticus with my son. Since I retired a couple of years ago, I’m back to building all those kits hiding in my basement - warships, armor, motorcycles and cars. I also found my old paints from 1980s and are still good! I’m looking forward to everyone’s advice and experience!

Hey Brian, welcome to the forum.

A fellow Canadian here looking forward to seeing your builds!

As for advice, don’t bet on the Jays and Leafs. The rest will all fall into place!

Welcome, Brian. Show me the models!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.
I recently purchased the following 1/35 scale kits, 38(t) Ausf. E/F, Sturmgeschutz III Ausf.B, Panzer IV/70A, and an initial production Tiger I. The 38(t) will be started tonight!

Nice lineup,which companies

Those are all Tamiya. I forgot to add an Airfix 1/35 Stug IV SD.KFZ.167 in my basement. My wife is amazed that I’m still finding long forgotten kits down there! (we won’t tell her about the others I found as well. )
