I am new to your modelling community and to this forum. I am a retired Police Officer. I worked for 26 1/2 years in a variety of positions on my small department.
I used to model, primarily 1/25 scale autos and trucks from kits, when I was a teen and then young man. Now that I have SO much time on my hands I want to re-enter the hobby.
I really loved building civilian Jeep models, I believe they were MPC brands, and I have built a number of AMT’s big truck model kits. I am interested in building Jeeps again as well as kits of the later-model, BMW-built, Mini Cooper’s as we recently purchased a full-scale version of this iconic vehicle.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Rick, I am from Connersville. We are located approximately 60 miles SE of Indianapolis. We are about half-way between Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
