Okay, I’m trying to find/scratchbuild hedgecutters for a 1/35 Sherman. Rounded hull, by the way. Does anyone know of any pictures, websites, etc. that would have infromation on them? Obviously, I would need some sheet styrene, but I don’t know even how much yet, because I can only find one picture of a tank with them attached. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
i’m sure that some one has a web page but not me. but here is an idea most cullin hedgegrow cutters were made from old german barricades. such as tank and others i used italeri barricades set number 401 take the tank obstacle and cut the el beams at one edge to a point get an I beam cut to fit on the front of the tank then glue the el beams along the I beams at least 4 or 5 remember they were cut with a tourch so they would be rough on all the cut edges.hope this helps
no two hedgecutters were alike and they were hastaly built.the Two methods I know are:the sheet styrean method(hard)and the use of beach obsticles(easy).
