He 111H-10- at long last!

Thats an amazing peice of art Chuk… deserving of a pat on the back and a trip to the pub. Congrats.

Nice one Chukw ! I think a write up about it would be great !

By the way I assume this is the monogram 1:48 kit ? I found the fit of the kit ranging from really good in areas to just really pore in others. Espically the egine to wing fit…infact the word fit here doesn’t really apply . Perhaps it was me or i got a bad example but i find it strange that nobody else has comented on this. How did you go with it ?

from the looks it looks like Hasegawa’s 1/72 scale HE-111 seeing as there were no waist guns on the monogram kit and the monogram kit did not have the rear wind screen for the top mounted gun.

[bow][bow][bow] Geez that’s good, I am in awe of your skills chukw. That deserves an article in FSM .

Beautiful work…
Cheers,
Eric

Hey Chukw,

I just keep staring at that thing! Man, you did a great job, one to be really proud of.

Thanks a lot for posting,

Mark

Olsen, you get a cookie- it’s the Monogram kit all right. Some filling, but nothing outrageous- to quote a friend, “This is model building, not model assembling!” Don’t fret Mikeym_us- I threw you off the scent by adding those beam weapons (and windows) from Aires resin bits and scratchbuilding. the mounts are metal beads from my dear wife’s crats suppy- they really rotate! Alot of photo ref close examination to make a good guess on how those buggers work, I can tell you. threst of youse guys? Thanks- and cheers!

WOW!! [bow]

That’s awesome! Great work! The time was definitely well spent and well worth the effort! A write-up would be awesome…

Wow thats nice! People like you make me sick. Keep it up.

Chuk that is simply awe inspiring! I would love to read how you did all that, as you mentioned an article. I have the Hasegawa He111 up on the shelf right now and although I am not up to 1/16 of what you did I would love to see what I could do to better that build!

Thanks for the pics! It really is inspiring!

Geesh, what a jerk! ( Just kidding)
That is truly an incredible build. Nicley done!

Well I guess theres always Linclon Logs for me…

Ray

Me too-Wow…nice,I have that kit…but it doesnt look like that! [:D]

Outstanding work, and well worth the wait!

Mark

Chuk that’s the complete package…skill, insight, accuracy, beauty…What can you say more than…“wow”. You definately need an “appreciation period”, but now I am curious: what’s next?

How long have you been modeling?
