Just a little info question really. Revell 1:32 Hawker Hunter fuel tank decals.
As you can see from the image below, nothing wildly difficult here, but I am unsure why there are A-B-E and C-D in the little circles. There are 3 possible aircraft schemes in the kit. This lettering doesn’t seem to apply to any in particular. Any ideas ? At the moment I’m assuming that decal 143 goes on one side of the pylon and decal 56 on the other side.

If, as appears to be the case, these images are from the new Revell GmbH 1/32 Hunter F.6, then finish options ‘C’ and ‘D’ are for Dutch AF machines (two finish options, aircraft from two different squadrons. Only one used Sidewinders). Maybe, in the late 1950s/ early 1960s, the Dutch AF stencils for explosive bolt warnings were different from the triangles used by the RAF and the Belgian AF? It can’t be that one style of stencil goes on one side and the other on the other, because the decal sheet provides enough stencils for both sides of both pylons.

LOL, well having looked at the Dutch scheme page on the insructions, there they are, the C and D options marked at the top of the page. Typical Revell as the other 2 UK schemes and the Belgian scheme do NOT have the letter option printed there, so I missed it.
Thanks for pointing it out Chris, as you say it seems the Dutch had a different marking for the explosive bolts. I actually prefer theirs lol.
