I need a windscreen for a 1/48 Hasegawa F-14 Tomcat. I’ve checked the web sites and Hasegawa Japan says they don’t ship out of the country. Marco polo import is gone and I put in a request for information to Dragon USA days ago and haven’t received a reply yet . Can anyone help?
If you cannot obtain a replacement, you can try Squadron for a vac replacement. I have heard that Dragon is having some distribution problems.
Checked at Squadron but they do not have a vacuformed canopy set for the Tomcat.

Well, I got tired of waiting for them and called Dragon USA at 626 968 0322 and they said it’ll take two-three weeks and they’d get back to me if they had the part. They also said there will be a fee of sorts, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
got a call today from dragon. Thay ordered the part and it’ll cost me $2.50 in postage so I guess this number works.
Glad to hear that you’re finally getting the part, and if mine breaks, I have somewhere to turn to. Who says customer service is dead?

got my package today and it was the wrong part. Not even close, but I called the again and they sent my part to a guy looking for a replacement set of 1/72 stabs for an F-4, I’m returning the part and they said they’ll get me the oone I need ASAP.
At least thy’re trying.
Hurray! Dragon Models has finally come through. They even sent me the entire clear sprue. So if you need Hasegawa parts th numebr above should work it’ll just take a while.
