Well, I’ve got one (of three) done! Started this about a week ago. A great kit, with no real issues fit-wise. Represents Glen Eagleston’s Late-War machine (I just realized I didn’t decal his name on the canopy[!]). It’s built entirely OOB, and finished in ALCLAD II Chrome, then buffed out with a light coating of car wax. Hope you like it!
Cheers,
JK
Very nice JK [tup]. Makes me want to get started on mine.
Regards, Rick
Beautiful job, JK. THe metal finish is superb.
Cool markings. I have a picture of this bird but I was not shure anyone made a decal set for this plane. Are those decal from the kit aftermarket or custom? I would like to build one in those markings.

Real nice job. First finished one I’ve seen. Alclad looks great
Let’s see, FT*L, has to mean Faster Than Light, for how quickly you got through a nice looking buid, right? Good looking bird!
Nice i’m in the process of building one myself, but decided to paint the ip with dry-brushing the gauges and picking out all of the switch’s and such, imho it looks much better than the decal, and i added Eduard’s 1/32 seatbelt/harness, but am not as yet decided on the finnish as yet, and i used the K14 gunsightas they were usually retro fitted in the field by ground crew’s. Right now all ithas is the primer coat, and it’s sitting covered up in my paint room waitin fo me to decide
Top marks JK, agree with all the others. Alclad looks great.
