I would like to build a 1/72 F-15C or D and was wondering which of the Hasagawa kits have recessed panel lines. I know one of their early Eagles has raised detail. Anybody got any experience with these kits or others that they wouldn’t mind sharing? Thanks.

I have a special issue of the F-15C to commerate the 1982 William Tell Shogun team. It was the first eagle kit in 1/72nd scale to include bay 5 and I don’t think it was issued outside Japan. I have an extra kit with a partial decal sheet if you want it.

Wow! Thanks for the generous offer. I have an early Hasagawa F-15C that I don’t really want to work with due to the raised panel lines. Did you build the first kit and if so, how was it?
I never got around to it. I have some old Eagle kits back from when the aircraft first hit the skies and the models first came out.
This “C” model does have recessed lines though.
