Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone has built the MPM He 100 in 1/48th. I just won it on ebay, and I was suprised that I was the only one that bid on it. As much as I love luftwaffe aircraft I am happy to add this to my kit collection. I am just wondering if it worth the 20 us dollars that I paid for it and what problems should I look for when building it? Thanx for any comments.
It’s a typical short run kit. Requires lots of careful clean up, dry fitting, file to fit & filler. Looks good when done, but more effort than the average small fighter.

Bryan, there was a review at Squadron.com. I did a Google on the He-100 after Blackwolf ID’d a 1/72 scale kit that I got. The review said that for a limited-run kit it was pretty good.[:D] I also found quite a bit of reference material over the Net with some good sites. - Calvin [:p]
Thanx you all for your input. I have always wanted one in 1/48th and am glad to have one now. Problem is now finding time to build just one of my 100 plus kits that I have. Well have to have a job to do anything.
Who did you win it from??
Hmmmmmmm I think the person that I won it from was you. lol
Way to go on getting the kit. I recently got the HiPM kit of the He-100. Now to get time to build it.
Kurt
Actually it is the HiPM kit, I just put MPM due to them being the same kit. Just got the kit yesterday, and I have to say it is looking really inviting to build.
