it is indeed. It’s a Tamiya kit. Still got the box if you need the kit number.
Had to build the top half of the engine myself as kit only comes with sump and bottom half of cylinder block formed onto the chassis.

It was built straight out of the box.
Thought it would be a good idea to have the bonnet / hood doors open and to build the top of the engine. Lost count of how many times i regretted that decision along the way, and how many sheets of plastic and tubing i went through.
Then i decided to open up the glove box on the dashboard which was another adventure.
looks good man, nice addition of the extra detail! would be cool in a vingette having some guys working on the engine or something… how about lookin for some figs of two guys scratchin their heads lookin at the engine? hah
I did intend to put it in a small dio i’ve got 3 figures lined up for it.
i used the ones that came with the kit and swapped the arms and legs round to get some new and interesting poses.
Unfortunately, work is taking up more and more of my time at the minute so i wasn’t sure if i could get it finished in time for the GB deadline.
I will still go ahead with it and will post pics at a later date.
