Tell me about it. We’re already looking at $A 55/60 for the kit, & then we have to go & buy his stuff… It basically pushes the price of the finished kit up towards $A 150. I can’t imagine those in the UK paying 60 odd pounds or you guys in the US paying $US 100 for one of your fav jets.
I sometimes think that I need to be commited to the mental ward for this but…I am willing to pay those prices to get what I want, because I am a bachelor.And I know that when I DO get married, (she’s asking for the ring!), purchases such as that will come to a screeching halt.So my philosophy is, get it all…as fast as I can! LOL!

Really though, there is something really impressive about the aarvark. Among 1/48 scale planes it all but dwarves the F-15s, -16s and -18’s. And yes, the Academy kit needs those extras.
