Group builds?

Hi guys,

Can somebody tell me what those groupbuilds are?
And how can you join such a build?
For example the 2005 Battle of Britain build…

Group Builds are where someone picks a subject, decides on the rules and acts as moderator or host. Anyone wanting to build a model that meets the specifications set forth by the originator can do so. You join by posting a reply to the host and asking. Sending a personal email is an option, but posting your request is best. Participants usually post their particular model and progress reports, sometimes other pertinent information.

Dito for what Yardbird said, except if you join the BoB GB (like me) you might find 75% is not really pertinent info just good plain drivle and fun!

If you think you can build a kit by the end of May I suggest dropping a line in the post and asking the moderator to join (Darson) and with what kit you plan on doing. The more the merrier! I have had a lot of fun with it so far since joining in January. It is a great place to ask specific questions too.
