Rob, put me down for the B-24. I got a few leads as to the squadron, but nothing concrete yet. Even if I don’t find out soon, that will still give me some practice with the Minicraft kit. - Calvin
I’ve Strarted on mine too [:)] I will be doing the F6f-5n Nightfighter fromvf(n) -41 from uss Independence 1944. I found a pic of it in one of my books and also happened to be a decal option. Jason
I’ve started on the A 20g Havoc, which will be ‘Green Hornet’ the B 24 will be in RAAF markings [provided the decals arrive] as this one is for the Officer Training School contract.
Hey guys Im glad to see this has moved to the Gb forum Ill be building a Has 1/48 scale F6f hellcat. Iv got 5 group builds in Limbo right now, Im part of the F14 Gb, The Nav air Gb, The Battle of Britian, and Now The pacific 60th gb, so as you can see Iv got alot going right now Im in the process of finishing the Nav group build right now.
The question of paint for what and who is asked countless times, to help all in an attempt to answer, I’ve listed here for all, the colours for the various Armed Services and where posible the FS Number.

I have written a paint chart that cross references model paint against each of the major brands. I hope this is of help to all.
Thanks for the kind words, regarding the paint up-date, it’s always been a question to every forum, I thourght it would be helpfull to all if I put the info in this forum.
I’m toying with the idea of setting up a photo album, early next year, for this project so that all the finished models can be shown together in the one place for all to see, if you have a sujestion to doing this I’d be glad to hear it.
