can I take 83 badges? I’ve glued together 83 pieces of plastic in the last 15 min. (track-links)[:D][B)][^] We should definitaly run another one in '06. This is the most fun I’ve had in my life. Great joke!!
Just think of the possibilties…
You coulddo a german subject if the plastic sprues you glued together were gray…automotive if they were chrome, even stealth if they were clear…
I know, it’s late on a Saturday night, and I’m just here to make sure everyone behaves.
Neat idea Ralph, we need to loosen this place up a bit.
Jeff
I personally thought this was quite a humorous thread. Thanks for the laugh (or giggle, like a little school girl?) [:D]
LOL…too funny!
Here’s my dio I built this morning for this GB. It is a scene from post apocolypse Texas, two teenagers are running from a big angry man with a baseball bat. The base is florists styrofoam, the figures are scratch built from styrene rod. The large man is painted with white primer and the smaller figures are painted with a combo of white primer, black krylon paint and some RLM02 for shading.

(okokookok… it’s my homemade painting stand for sub assemblies and that’s the sprue I used to prop up something last night with, but do I still get the badge?)
—edit—
I was thinking Comrade Sergei could use this for a modeling of either the Warsaw Ghetto or post takeover Berlin… then he could get the badge too…
that’s great tom. A Nats winner if ever i saw one!!

Lol lol lol lol,
Really too funny !!!
Cheers,
Jürgen
Great!! One thing though, why didn’t you just use different color sprue? It would have cut down on your painting time allowing you to get the badge a couple of minutes faster[:D]
Ok I’m in
(5seconds later)
Ok I’m done, I think I’ll take the badge now
OHHHH WAIT, have to tell you what I did first! Ok I spent two seconds picking two peices, one second gluing, and two whole seconds PAINTING!!! wow, I’ve outdone myself this time!
OH YEA!!
Heres my build, I painted it a plastic color with aluminum barrel!
