ground detail for countryside dioramas

Greetings All;
I am new here and not sure if I’m in the right place.I build 54mm Castles and fortifications.Right now I’, working on quite a bid model of the siege of Alesia and need a realistic earth and shrub groundcover.Would appreciate any Help

Welcome to FSM Greg. Some product that I have used that works really good is from a company named Woodland Scenics. You should be able to find it in any hobby store that has train supplies.

Welcome Topler! I’m feeling lazy right now, otherwise I would bore you to death with the minutia of ground work details. Ah…but all is not lost…Punch in “ground work” in the search engine on the green border at the bottom left of this page. This will bring up a pile of stuff on ground work!

Welcome to the forums Topler, like Shermanfreak mentioned, Woodland scenics make pretty good terrian products. Citadel minuatures has some stuff but I’ve never used them before
