Greetings

Hi everyone. I picked up my first issue of FineScale Modeler yesterday and read it cover to cover- the workmanship was outstanding and the tips I picked up (especially the how-to on mud) really gave me great ideas for my own projects. I normally focus on model railroading in HO scale (mostly freight), but I think many of the skills are interchangeable between our own separate interests. I look forward to learning more from everyone by joining this forum! I might just have to subscribe to the magazine, too.

Welcome aboard. As a model railroader I think you could pick up some useful skills; specifically in weathering. That being said, go get yourself some styrene immediately and join the dark side.[6]

Yes, come on over to the dark side … bwa-ha-ha …

Welcome aboard!

[snWcm] Glad to have you on board. There isn’t a section for rail road builds, but we have ha the odd one poste, usually in the armour section.

But be warned, once you enter the Dark Side, there is no going back.

Welcome to the madhouse. Feeding times are irregular, but the natives are friendly (well, MOSTLY friendly). If at first you don’t succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.

Whats a railroad mummy? [cwby] welcome [proplr]
