Hi everyone!
I’m new to the community but not the hobby. Have been a “plastic fanatic” for over thirty years, albeit there have been a few dry spells during which I haven’t built much, but even then I’ve always kept up through the magazines and buying kits.
Bought a house two years ago, and this summer will finally begin construction on a dedicated modeling workshop - the realization of a lifetime dream!
Am interested in all modeling subjects, but my particular favorites are 1/25th scale trucks, miltary aircraft (especially helicopters), armor and sci-fi. Non-modeling interests include amateur radio and motorcycling.
I’m a longtime reader of both FSM & SAE, and am glad to see how well this site has developed, and the enthusiasm of the modeling community here. I look forward to meeting all of you, sharing my experiences and learning from yours.
