Well, the title may sound more exciting than it really is. BUT, I got the Tamiya Spitfire Mk. Vb kit with 7 figures on ebay for $33.85 with shipping. Considering it comes with figures and the other spitfires go for $29.99 on their website I think I got a good deal. Ive never seen one before, just the page for it on the Tamiya website saying its discontinued.

$33 with shipping as in, shipping included? If so, I’d say that’s pretty solid, including the figures.
The Tamiya Vb (is it a Vb Trop or just regular style?) by itself can usually be snagged in the low $20s online, but add in shipping and it’s closer to $30. So with the kit + figures, yeah, I’d say you did good.
Its the regular style. I was thinking that since the Mustang with staff car goes for like $20 more than the 8th AF Mustang does that it might be the same way with the Spitfire. Either way I cant wait to build it… Now if I can only get the other 3 or 5 builds done that Im working on currently…
If it came with the support equipment as well as as the figures, AND you build dioramas, I’d say it was a pretty fair deal…
