hi guys happy new year to you-- i got the trumpeter 1/16 t- 34 for Christmas-- great kit but a problem-- i am missing one whole sprue(sprue N–gun and turret interior pieces) instead they gave me 2 sprue Gs!-- damn!-- what do i do now-- do i have to buy a whole new kit – i already have begun building it-- i know i should have checked all pieces but there are so many it got by me[:(]- bummer HELP! --who do i have to write to or whatever-- thanks --treadwell
I had a problem with the minicraft Titanic and lost a complete sprue i called them up told them it didnt come with it and they sent me a new one no questions asked so what iam saying is see if you can contact Trumpeter and explane that you have 2sprues of G and no sprue of N they should replace it.Hope that helps.
Stevens International is the US importer for Trumpeter. Send them an email and they should be able to help you out. I have had missing or damaged pats replaced by them in the past.
