Good Starter Airbrush

Hey everyone.I have never owned nor used an airbrush before, however I woukd like to get one, because the results I’ve seen so far have been pretty good. As I said, I have bever used one before, and so i don’t need a very good one. Something cheap (Preferabbly below 75 USD), reliable, and easy to use.

Thanks,
wetmonkey

badger 155 or paasch h. set for 68$ or 50 bucks for the H or so. However, sadly, that’s not all you will need. you need a compressor or something.

Yeah, I was kind of expecting that. It isn’t really a problem, however, as finding a compressor is aa lot easier for me then knowing what kind of an airbrush to get.

Thanks,

I would second the recommendation on the Paasche H-set. I picked up one for $50.00 at Dixie art, and aside from the compressor, it is a really complete setup. The H paints really well, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to disassemble, and is solidly built.

here’s a couple of good links for you to read up on airbrushes etc… MusicCity here put them together to help out

personally I would go for a double action internal mix… once you get comfortable with it you will be able to do more with it… the Badger 155 is an awesome brush for 59 dollars on www.dixieart.com
