I while back I purchased a M4 Sherman 76mm M1A2 Metal Barrel w/ Muzzle Brake for a build I was working on from Ryefield Model via HobbyLinc. When I assembled the 3D printed muzzle break to the aluminum barrel, I tapped on it with a plastic mallet to seat it more firmly. Unbeknownst to me 3D printed parts can be quite brittle and is shattered into so many pieces I couldn’t glue them back together (even if I could have found them all).
I found an email on the box that gave me an after sales contact email so I sent one thinking “it can’t hurt” but not really expecting any thing back.
The next day I got a reply from Ryefield asking for my mailing address and they would send me a new muzzle break (that I broke) via FedEx or DHL that week. I received a package via FedEx with not only a replacement muzzle brake, but TWO replacements.
Very happy with the great customer service from Ryefield.
