Does anyone have a really good method for glueing canopies in place? I’m using Testor’s white glue in the little black container and I have found that it really doesn’t stick very well. I understand that normal tube type glue will fog the canopy and so will CA. What do you guys recommend?
Thanks,

I myself usually use standard old Elmers white glue and never really had any problems. I understand if you dip the canopy in Future, you can install it with CA and not have to worry about fogging - I haven’t tried it as I’m satisfied with the white glue.
Elmers white glue. It’s good unless you drop the plane on the ground…then you’ve got some problems…[:)]
If the fit is tight and the canopy is open I use either Tamiya or testors liquid cement. If the fit is sloppy r the canopy closed I use either watch crystal cement or “odorless” CA.
Apparently the Testors whit glue is supposed to be stronger than Elmers white glue but I can’t really prve it since I’ve never used the Testors stuff.
