Can anyone tell me what “enamel” paint colors to use for painting the above patters?

There are many possible combinations for german camo uniforms but for a start you can try the following humbrol enamels

For the base color - Humbrol 72 Matt Khaki Drill
For the Green- Humbrol 105 Matt Marine Green
For red brown - Humbrol 160 Matt German Camo Red brown
