Hey all. If anyone runs across any pictures (preferably online) of the 234 engine and/or the hatches open showing the exposed engine let me know. It drives me nuts to build a vehicle without an engine. [:p] I’ll probably scratchbuild at least something generic to look like an engine. Thanks.

Did you want to limit to the 234?? Some people have asked about the 222, 223, and 232. Stipp is correct in that they were all in the same family. Up to you as this is your baby. I do agree to extend it to May of next year.

Up to you but I usually only do out of the box building. To each his own though. But you have till whenever the end date is. Pace yourself. Hope that helps as we would hate to lose you. And yes there are other aftermarket sets for this series. Go to www.tigermodels.com They have either 4 or 5 different sets for different versions.

Hi. all
Just a bit of info to pass on if you go to www.w2modelmaker.com then onto benchtop gallery you’ll find an artical about the Puma. it gives you some insight on what is wrong and missing on the whole 234 family not just the “cat” hope you don’t mind me putting in my[2c] worth( gotta love these smiley’s) as I think it’ll help anyone who’s new to this type of vehicle.

Hi. I-beam.
Have you seen the size of the lump under the engine decks! the tatra is a monster if you want to open the louvers up you can get the Aber set for that but I don’t know anyone who knocks out the engine, any way there is mesh guards under them louvers I scratched built them acouple of years ago my advice don’t do it!!!.[BH][BH][:)][8D]

You could also try Royal Models as their set contains different tyre treads plus spare but have to agree with smokinprice Stay with us Tiger Models wheels are also well priced about £9.50 over here.

did your book arrive ok if you find an outlet for photo-sniper in your neck of the woods they cover the234 family also they give freebee decal sheet it’s in 1/35th.scale also in 1/72nd.scale also it’s roughly 4 vehicles all variants.[8D][:)].
