I’m in the last part of my aircraft model… all painted and done. Just the glueing gears and geardoors left. Before i just glue 'em on with superglue i thought id ask here.

It’s plastic against resin and lineing them up good is a little worry, superglue is fast i mean :P.

Is there anything i could do or think to get it straight when glueing? Any tip is welcome.

Use a slower setting superglue. One of the thicker brands. That will give you the opportunity to check for plumb & square. Their open time is 15 to 30 seconds.

Alternatively, there are several quick setting epoxies available. I’ve seen them as fast as 1 minute in the adhesive section at the local Lowes/Home Depot
