Hey everybody. Joe here just kicking out a feeler for a 2012 to 2013 Fw 190 Group Build. There have been a few of us in the Bf 109 Group Build and a couple of others that have been kicking this around for around a week now. Just was making an official feeler to see if anyone else would like to join.
Hey Joe, Put me in as go. Looking to build 1/72 Hasegawa FW190f-8. By the way did you mean a 2013 -2014 build? I believe only Fermis has the cpacity to knock out build for a 2-3 month long GB. Let the Butcher Birds roll!!!

Thanks Joe. I was just sitting down relaxing thinking about the post and realized that I put down 12-13 and it’s supposed to be Jan 2013 to Jan 2014. Sheesh! Too much coffee!!!

Seeing as i missed the Fw 190 RD build, i might well be up for this. I am commited to a couple of GB’s for next yer, and not yet sure what i am doing work wise, so not a deffinate. But very interested.

No joke but, my girlfriend had a 190 ‘egg-plane’ as a present a little while ago,
she’s wants to build that one so if it counts I want to add her as a contester.
Who knows, I’ve been eyeballing that Ta-152C-1 that hobbyboss is going to release soon,
I might join up and build that one myself if I find one.
So if it counts, she suggested it herself after I told her!
Btw, it has been a while since I’ve made a Badge, if you want I would really want to make one again!

Ninetails - Joe and I were just chatting on the land line a couple of hours ago and discussing a badge. I believe he would appreciate you submitting one up. Our thoughts were centered around something involving “Butcher Bird”. I personnally think the Egg Plane would be the bomb to include in the GB.

Ninetalis. A 190 eggplane. This is gonna be a fun group build! I can tell already. You bet. She’s in. And I was going to try enlisting somebody for a totally cool “FW 190 Butcher Bird” badge. You sound like the perfect candidate. Go for it. That would be greatly appreciated. If you will work on that I’ll get started with the official first post for the group build in a couple of days.
I’m in if its running that long. I’ve got an Eduard offering that’s about 20% that got shelved. If the rules allow my state of progress I will finish it. I also believe I have a Tamiya shoved somewhere.

Count me in. I just ordered Tamiya’s 1/48 A-3 kit and some decals.
Stoutfella: awesome! Just gimme a head start will ya? LOL. If you build an FW 190 in the same time frame you built that 109 we’ll ALL need one. Glad your here on board!
Yeah I’d put in a 1/72 190 of some sort. Need to check the stash before I nominate.

I might be up for this. I just got a Tamiya -F8. If the build is going for all of next year I think I could make it happen. I’ve got some stuff on the bench now that I really need to finish.

Pencil me in…Tenatively gonna go with a checker nosed 1/48 Hasegawa A-6.
I’m in with an Academy 1/72 FW 190A6/A8. Haven’t decided which one yet.

Hey you guys. I’m off of work tomorrow so I will start the official group build thread sometime then. I’m really looking forward to this. Still have some to do on my birdie for the 109 Group Build but should be finished with time to spare for the kickoff of this build in January.
