did the d-9 variant have a different type of gunsight from other planes of the luftwaffe? i ask this because the sight is not centered, if i were to get a am gunsight possibly the one from quickboost would it have to be modified? or can i just move it to the right slightly?
The D-9 used the Revi 16 gun sight which was introduced on the A-7. All 190 sights were positioned to the right.I used the 72nd C/13 sight from Quickboost on my A-6 and it fitted just fine. There should be a hole in the cockpit shroud for the sight to go into.
