I have a silly question, could somebody tell me what is Future and what is it use for? thanks

Ski, Future is a floor wax used to put a polish on clean floors. Modelers have found a much more intresting use for it. Its available at most grocery stores. I would like to add one note if I may. Swanny may have mentioned it in his article, I can’t remember. Make sure that if you use Future that it is compatible with your canopy masking material. I learned a hard lesson when I did my Privateer. I modified my technique with the Sparviero and I was dissappointed. So, I made the switch to using Tamiya tape for canopies.

out of curiousity Trck69, what masking material did you use that was uncompatible? I was under the impression that as long as the future was cured (at least 24hrs) it was dang near indestructible. Even help fix screw ups…

Some liquid masks contain ammonia and that will cause a problem with the Future.
