I want to try this Future I hear it is very good, does anyone know if it is called Future in Australia or if it goes under another name, and where I can purchase some.

You have a few options; Pascoe’s Long Life which can cause acyrlics to run if applied too heavily or SC Johnson Pledge One Go which is the local Future equivelent and some modelers have reported finding Johnson’s Klear in Oz but it is rare. Suggest you read “The Complete Future”.

Hi Desert Fox, being from Oz also I know how you feel not being able to find Future but after following Swanny’s lead I tried some Pledge One Go. Pick it up at Woolies. It works great, sprays well, dries quickly, resists solvent based washes like turps and levels itself to a nice glossy finish. I used it straight from the bottle without thinning no probs. I haven’t tried mixing Tamiya flat base in yet to Matt it but from what I’ve heard thats supposed to work for a final dullcote.
