Can future be applied with a brush??? Does it yeild the same results as air brushing it on???

Yeah. A soft flat brush will give you the best results. Try not to ‘go back’ on the future you have just applied, as this tend to ‘pull’ the drying future. Be generous, but watch out for runs and you should have an as good result as with an airbrush. Several coats might be required to get a beautiful shine!
Future is, indeed, sometimes best applied with a brush. Alotta people dip their canopies in the stuff; I prefer to brush it on. It’s self-leveling and brush marks will go away after awhile, unless you work it too long as DJ said. If you do get marks of some sort, you can sand them out. Future sands very well, but be careful not to go down to the paint.
I call it miracle-juice 'cuz it’s VERY flexible and forgiving.

I brushed future onto my CBP F-18 from last month. The advise given above worked well for me. Putting the Future on was about the only thing I was happy with when I built that kit…

Used Future on many a NASCAR kit. Works great with several coats. Prefer to brush it rather that air brush.

Yes, it can be polished.
you can polish it like you would polish gloss paint - I just did it for a piece for casting.
It is a liquid acrylic after all.
Future works well on just about anything if you’re careful. I brush painted Future on my neighbor’s little guy’s Pinewood Derby racer after the boy had painted it. It turned out very well. - Ed
