Future--#3 airbursh tip or #5 tip

I’ll be spraying my first model with future and was wondering should I use the 3 or the 5 paasche tip on my VL?

I have a VL also and I used#5. The trick is to make several passes and going at different angles.That way you have less chance of puddling yet you get good coverage.You can use the #3 but like I said I think you get better cov. with the #5

Buff Fan,
I have used the #5 tip on my Paasche airbrush. The number 3 is too light. Remember to do light coats and build up the finish. Don’t try to do it all at once. Be sure to practice on an old model or scrap material first though.

[#ditto] I have an old Paasche H with a #5 tip that is now dedicated strictly to Future.
