FSM visiting upcoming model contests

I’ve tried replying in the “Shows FSM will attend in 2022” but I was denied access. I was wondering if FSM had any plans to attend the W.A.M. Contest (Winnebago Area Modelers) contest in Oshkosh in the fall of 2022?

Hi Tom,

Sorry you weren’t able to reply to the thread. I tested it and was able to respond to it, so I’m not sure what happened there.

In any case, it is not currently on our list of shows to attend. Let me know the dates and we’ll see what we can do to fit it in.

I just duplicated the error; here’s a screenshot:

I wonder if it has to do with your account and access, Tim. Or if it has to do with the specific forum it’s posted to. At a quick glance, all of the posts there are from FSM admin users, and almost all have no replies. The one that does has a reply from its author. I bet regular users might not be able to reply.

Brad, you may be right. I just tried to merge the two threads and the Forum got very cranky with me. I don’t specifically remember that we had it set up to only allow mods/admin to post replies to announcements, but it’s possible.

I’ll make a dupelicate thread in the General to allow members to respond.
