folks normally i wouldnt post a negative response to a thread but this type of thing has gone beyond annoying. when in the first post it states do not post guesses, it is hard to think anyone could make the same mistake. this is the second or third time in the last five quizes. i can understand people make mistakes but to ignore the first post where the photo is and post your guess anyway, well you get my point. i may not even come close for these but i do look forward to them as they give me something to look for rather than the mindless surfing i do at times. not to mention on the first day of the quiz this happened. mindboggling.

I realize this takes away the ability to take potshot comments, but in all honesty I don’t care about most of those anyway.
I Appologize to all on my early morning goof, I have been following the contest for a while but could provide answers before, now my big chance comes and I goofed big time. Back to my hole in the ground Sorry again.
I think that what happens, sometimes, the posts are not read. As we all are involved in this hobby, we have a nature of wanting to help one another. Posting the answer in the thread is not a conscious effort to spoil anyone’s fun. I think it happens because the posts were not read. This seems to happen quite frequently. Someone knows the answer to a particular question, and they speed by the things that others have posted, often saying the same thing.
I hope that we can read EVERYONE’S posts with the same attention as we would like our own read. [2c]
