FS colr charts for Tamiya paints

I have gotten to like painting with Tamiya paints but I do not know where I can find how to match FS colors when not using a Tamiya kit. Does anyone know how I can build a model that calls for FS color scheme but using paints like Tamiya or Gunze and achieving the right FS color?
