My almost completed Tamiya Pershing. I went for a late-war look on a Zebra Mission tank, no infantry phone, no reinforcements on the final drive housings, and the tow cable will be in a ready-to-use position. I’ll probably use the fair-to-middlin’ kit figs. Still to be done: turret stowage, dust, tow cable and the base.Tracks are Friul, the rest is pretty much OOB.
The actual unofficial thread in the GB forum has some nice work, it’s worth taking a look at.

Anthony, it’s MM OD, over dark green, over Krylon gray primer. There’s a very light acrylic black wash, heavily thinned with rubbing alcohol, on top. It still needs dirt/dust, and then clear flat.
Tony, I do them a tad loose when they’re unpainted, and the painting process “tightens” them up a tad. Some times it works,sometimes not, but this one came out right. The Magach I’m also doing at this time came out a tad tighter than I wanted, a little visible sag would have been fine on it. Other than that, I’m a one-piece guy. All my VVSS Shermans get DS tracks now, super easy and well detailed.
