Very nice! [tup] The mottling on the skin is very good, and the transition into the hair is too.
The jacket/collar looks like distressed leather, w/ nice shading.
A build up this nice deserves a better base though. Maybe a column style, designed specifically for busts.
Superd, stunning… I could go no…and on… but congrats on a superb painting job.
You should post in figures and over on planetfigure as well.
