That’s “page not found”. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? There might be cached data from your previous visits, that causes the browser to fail to find and load the page successfully.
I couldn’t log on on my iPad but can on my home PC. Go figure…
I had tthe same problem and message for about a week. That happened nearly a month ago. The problem eventually went away by itself.
