Hey Thanks, I might have to consider that, I’ve had most of what I need for a Lancaster dio for a number of years. I was thinking about scratch building a hut for the maintanence crew but this might be a much easier way to go… (now just to get working on the thing, I started it in 06 or so…)
- Edit: Sweet, I found photographic evidence these huts were used for ground crews at dispersals so it is on order, thanks again for the heads up… so far my hut was nothing more than an O scale door from a railway shop, this is much less work for a better result I’m sure!
flightpath make lots of useful diorama stuff thats applicable to aircraft in different scales; nissen huts, etched brass bikes, control towers, etc. the quality is top notch too.
Very cool, did the US use them in the PTO? i’m planning a dio with a pair of these…
