First Look - Tank Workshop Shermie Hulls

Got to love it when the morning mail brings chunks of resin Shermie parts. Just recieved some of Tank Workshop’s resin Sherman Hulls and thought I’d share a quick once over with you all.

So here’s what came:
M4 Early Hull with Direct Vision Slots - perfect for doing and early version of the M4 as seen in North Africa, Italy and the Normandy Campaign
M4A1 Early Hull with Direct Vision Slots - another perfect example of an early war Sherman
M4A1 Mid Production - the same hull as the DML M4A1 that has disappeared from the market

The hulls are all well molded with small amounts of flash to worry about. A couple of air bubbles will need filling but nothing too major. No visible warpage in any of the parts. They are all designed to use the Tamiya M4 as the donor kit.

For all of you who wish to build a true Early M4 of M4A1 … I highly recommend these products. From all appearances they are going to be a pleasure to work with.

just curious but how many shermans do you think you’ve done?

In total, including variants, including ones that have been sold / donated / given as a gift.
Probably in the range of 40 something.

Waste of time if ya asked me Shermie [;)]…joke…

Tank Workshop has some awesome offerings, one of the bad boys would look great on the back of a Dragon Wagon (where it belongs[:p])

Got me some burnt out Sherman wheels from them too … can you say Dragom Wagon project boys and girls !!!
