Just finished my Accurate Minatures F3F-1. This was a first for me. First bi-plane, first use of enamels and first use of metallizer. I think it came out ok.

Doesn’t look bad from where i’m sitting… are the bombs really yellow? that’s kinda wild!
John,
That’s a beauty!! Congrats on your first effort on a bi-plane. thanks for the look. You may wanna bring your photos down a size… makes’em easier to look at. I used to post all my builds full size, then i realized they could be reduced. Again, very nice work, especially the paint job.

Very nice looks like a good clean build.
Yeah, the bombs were really yellow. I think it’s because these were training bombs. Usually didn’t even have explosives in them.
Truly outstanding job on a bi-plane![bow]
Bi-Planes scare me (wing wires)![banghead]
What did you use for the NMF?
She sure is a pretty thing! Great job![8D][tup]
Thats a great build of a great kit. I built that myself a few years back and can’t say enough about the kit. FOr those that want to try out a biplane, I would highly recommend this one, the rigging is a non issue, as the kit comes with photoetched wires that are presized and just snaps into shap. The locatiing of upper to lower wing was not a problem at all as the structs had very positive attachment points.
It came out a way lot better than OK. Very nice build.
