What happened to the Finescale post/argument? I was finding that quite amusing.
I guess it was pulled.
It was yanked from the forums, I guess it got to heated and the moderators removed it.

The funny/sad thing is it ended where it always does and always will: some people prefer a more weathered look, some like it showroom clean. Each person has their own mental image of what looks more “real”…To each, his own!

Yeah - there used to be a number of different topics that were immensely entertaining - like “The Off Topic” thread…(long gone, more’s the pity)…
Regrettably, some shy, retiring flower got his delicate sensibilities all offended and complained to the powers that be…and the resultant pulling of those topics really did strip a great deal of interest and free thinking from an otherwise excellent Forum.
Too bad that what appears to be good for “one” isn’t necessarily good for the majority.

Oh well, I guess some folks just can’t comprehend that this activity which most call a ‘hobby’ is a bit different for each and every one of us… I was actually looking forward to a good argument with this fella, whoever he is. But the games are over… boo-hoo…
