Does anybody know where I can find Flats? The metal 2 dimensional figures that are really self explanatory. I have always fancied having a go at them but have been unable to track a dealer down. They can be a challenge to paint to give a 3 dimensional feel.
Sorry no, but I watched a modeller make 1cm tall figures for a museum diorama once by bending wire into an armature onto which he painted the clothing etc to give a 3 dimension human shape … looked quite realistic in that scale.

Only place I can think of is:
When the home page comes up go to scale models and select “figures” and when first page comes up, type in “flats” in search line, in this catagory. Will give you a couple of places to get flats.
