Finding common load-outs

Guys, I was wondring if there was an easy way to determine what load-outs were used on a particular aircraft in a certain time frame or branch of service. In my case now, it’s an Academy OV-10A Bronco. The kit can build both a USMC or an USAF version. I’ve opted for the USAF version and would like to know what load-outs they commonly used. I recall reading somewhere that the Broncos used in the USAF didn’t use some items that the aircraft could carry.

That’s the kind of info I’d like to be able to find out. Not just for this aircraft, but for other aircraft in the future. Any help on this? Thanks.

I know that the Squadron “Walk Around” books and “In Action” books usually have that information, as well as “Detail & Scale” books. Not all of them, but most. You can also try the aircraft manufacturers’ websites for that info. Boeing has a great site, and so does Northrop. You can download lots of images from these sites. Hope this helps you out.

Load out of aircraft would depend on the mission assigned.
If it was FAC, there would be alot of WP missles for marking targets.
So depending on what your modeling, that will determine the load.
