I started this kit for the Modern Armor Group Build last year, but life got in the way, and I had some serious modeling blahs which made me put it aside for several months. But, finally got the itch to get her finished.
The kit is the 1/35 Takom Merkava MK.I. This was the first time I used Mission Models paints and after a “getting used to” period, I really liked them. And I used Adam Wilder oils and pigments for the weathering.

Really like it,excellent weatheting,I remember back in 80’s I built the Tamiya version,this one seems to be a far cry.Very nice.

Funny, I’m not one to wear gloves while working on a kit, but, after taking a closer look at one of the pictures; I left some fingerprints… [:)]
I think I’ll start wearing gloves for painting from now on, lol
