this is a very simple question, so here it goes. What colors would i use to create this paint schem on an f-15, or F-18? Kind of like the f-22 raptor that is in the pic below.

Did you try the Don Color reference site?? I found these two for you.
FS 36176 & FS 36251
or
FS 36320 & FS 36375
the first is a darker scheme.
Check out the color reference charts here so you can figure out which brands of paint that you want to use, as well as what’s available in acrylics & emanels.
where can i find this color referance site at transblu? You say it has all of the diferent colors?

man those F-22’s are big, i saw one fly over me as i was driving through atlanta and it was good size.

I think this scheme is the one closer to that in the F-22 pic. The Dark Ghost Gray/Light Ghost Gray (FS36320/FS36375) scheme seems too light for me. Model Master has the FS36176 and FS36251 colors as F-15 Dark Gray and Aggressor Gray, respectively. Hope this helps.

The FS colors used on the F-22 are FS 36473 and FS 36320. This direct from the project manager on the F-22 at Tyndall AFB.
Well I dunno at the moment, but thats a Hell fo an Airplane!! Sure it unleash a lot of terror.
I’d be careful using Model Master Acryl F-15 Dark Gray; I used it and my opinion is that it’s too blue.
