Please note that the colours are German RLM-colours 74,75,76, used by the Northern (fascist) Italian Republic in 1944/45.

Aliplast was Italeri’s predecessor? From the base, it looks like that’s where they got their logo, then. Did this kit pass into Italeri’s catalog? I think I have it in my stash. Or else it’s from Supermodel.
