I wonder if the Feedback and Help group of forums should just be done away with. By far the greatest number of messages are off-topic, nothing to do with using the forums, and there are better forums for these questions anyway. Questions that are about using the forums really need to be answered by FSM people, and the questions just sit there unanswered and die.
I’ve often wondered why questions about Future or 1/72-scale Phantoms or cleaning airbrushes are posted in those forums and why the FSM staff doesn’t move the threads to the appropriate forums with a little note explaining that the thread had been moved to a better spot with a link that you could simply click on to get there. That’s what my astronomy forum does.
