I also posted this in the figure section not knowing where to put it. I got a model kit with four german paratroopers from Ramckes brigade from 1942 in libya. The kit came with some weapons im not sure were used by the Ramcke brigade at that time. These are the MP44, gewehr 43, and FG42. These could just be extras, but i want to know if they were used then. I’m thinking the MP44 wasn’t used, but I’m not sure about the other guns.
the MP44 would not be used as would the Gewer 43. (I’m 95 % sure about this)
their weapons would consist of the FG42, MP40, and Kar 98.

they did use the MP43/44 and they used the sten gun, ive seen photos
they basicaly used everything they wanted

another name for the mp-44 is the stg-44 (more common in think)
